Return Policy

If you are not happy with your Madison Kyle purchase for any reason, we will be happy to issue you a refund in the form of an exchange or store credit for future purchases. You may receive credit up to 14 days after the item has been purchased as long as it is in it's original form.

Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, has no makeup or deodorant stains, smells or pet hair and it not a final sale item. Once jewelry has been worn, it cannot be returned.

Return Policy: Due to items selling out quickly, we may not be able to offer exchanges. Customer are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and store credit.

Defective Item: If you receive a defective or damaged item please contact us at madisonkylefashion@gmail.com. Please include written details and pictures when possible.
